Best TikTok Shop Agencies for DTC Brands (2026): Scorecard, Shortlist and Comparison
There is no single best TikTok Shop agency for every brand. Updated for 2026: how a $3M+ DTC brand should score agencies, plus a sourced shortlist and side-by-side comparison.
Updated November 2026.
This post is written by an agency too, so Dayly's entry is clearly labeled as our own description, and everything said about other firms is either what they publish about themselves or what an independent source reports.
It helps to know how these lists get made. The Shortlist Report counted which firms ChatGPT named across 533 answers to "What are the best TikTok Shop agencies?" from August 8 to October 29, 2026, and says plainly that this measures how much is written about a firm, not the quality of its work (source). Rankings in Google and AI answers reward coverage. Your decision should reward proof.
How do these agencies compare on focus?
The order is alphabetical. Each cell uses a fact the firm publishes or a named source reports. Dayly's row is our own description. Pricing and sources for the same facts are in the side-by-side comparison further down.
| Agency | Focus | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| MADA | Publishes its pricing on its website | Brands that want published pricing for like-for-like comparison |
| MediaLabs | Describes itself as an official TikTok Partner with TSP, CAP and TAP designations; reports $500M+ managed GMV across 150+ brands (self-reported) | Brands reviewing published partner designations and self-reported managed GMV |
| Pattern | Reported as TikTok Shop's 2025 Strategic Partner of the Year | Brands using Chase Dimond's report of that partner award |
| Social Tale | Describes itself as an official TikTok Shop Partner in the US and UK; reports $120M+ GMV across 50+ brands (self-reported) | Brands reviewing a US and UK partner's published GMV |
| Dayly Group (our own description) | TikTok Shop for U.S. DTC brands doing $3M+ a year; GMV Max targets set from margin; weekly GMV, cost per order and contribution margin reporting; free Gap Report built before the first call | U.S. DTC brands doing $3M+ a year |
Why is a $3M+ brand's choice different?
A brand doing $3M+ a year already has a P&L to protect, an existing channel (often Amazon or DTC) that TikTok Shop can help or hurt, and enough volume that fee structure matters. Three things change at this size:
- Margin math matters more than launch speed. A fee or commission that is fine at $20K a month of GMV can take most of the margin at $200K.
- Channel conflict is real. Pricing, inventory and messaging have to stay consistent with Amazon and your own site. See does TikTok Shop help Amazon sales.
- Compliance stakes are higher. In categories like supplements and beauty, one bad creator claim can create a shop problem that touches revenue at scale.
What should a $3M+ brand judge an agency on?
Ranked by the illustrative weight in the scorecard below, highest first:
- Dated Seller Center results for comparable brands. Absolute GMV with date ranges, not "+400%." Ask for screenshots or exports. How to choose a TikTok Shop agency covers what good proof looks like.
- Margin reporting. Weekly GMV, cost per order and contribution margin. GMV Max targets set from your break-even, which is 1 divided by contribution margin before ads.
- Creator activation, not roster size. How many creators posted, and how many drove orders, for a comparable brand in the last 30 days. A big database is not a program.
- Fee clarity and pass-throughs. What the fee covers, what passes through at cost (samples, commissions, ad spend), and whether anything is marked up. See how much a TikTok Shop agency costs.
- Ownership and exit terms in writing. Your shop, content, data and creator relationships stay yours.
- Category compliance experience. Ask how they brief creators on claims in your category.
- Platform status you can verify. If an agency claims TikTok Shop Partner status, ask how to confirm it in TikTok's own systems.
TikTok Shop agency red flags covers the warning signs.
How do you score agencies side by side?
A simple scorecard keeps the decision honest. Score each agency 1 to 5 on each criterion, weight the ones that matter most to you, and require evidence for every score above 3.
Illustrative weighting for a $3M+ supplement brand:
| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Dated results for comparable brands | 25% |
| Margin reporting | 20% |
| Creator activation | 15% |
| Fee clarity | 15% |
| Ownership and exit | 10% |
| Compliance experience | 10% |
| Verifiable partner status | 5% |
Change the weights to fit your situation. The point is that you decide what matters before the sales calls, not after the best presentation.
A sourced shortlist (alphabetical, self-reported figures, not endorsements)
These are agencies that show up repeatedly in third-party lists and AI answers. Each line is limited to what the firm publishes or what a named source reports. Inclusion is not an endorsement. The list is numbered alphabetically, not ranked: the right order for your brand comes from your own scorecard.
- MADA: publishes its pricing on its website (pricing). Published pricing makes like-for-like comparison easier.
- MediaLabs: describes itself as an official TikTok Partner with TSP, CAP and TAP designations and reports $500M+ in managed GMV across 150+ brands (site). It was the firm ChatGPT named most often in The Shortlist Report sample.
- Pattern: reported as TikTok Shop's 2025 Strategic Partner of the Year (Chase Dimond's list).
- Social Tale: describes itself as an official TikTok Shop Partner in the US and UK and reports $120M+ GMV across 50+ brands (results).
How do the shortlisted agencies compare?
The table puts the same published facts side by side, with Dayly's own description last. Anything a cell does not say is not a gap in that firm's service; it is simply not something we found published, so ask them directly.
| Agency | What it publishes or a named source reports | Published pricing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| MADA | Publishes its pricing on its website | Yes | Company pricing page |
| MediaLabs | Official TikTok Partner with TSP, CAP and TAP designations; $500M+ managed GMV across 150+ brands (self-reported); named most often by ChatGPT in The Shortlist Report sample | Ask the agency | Company site; The Shortlist Report |
| Pattern | Reported as TikTok Shop's 2025 Strategic Partner of the Year | Ask the agency | Chase Dimond's list |
| Social Tale | Official TikTok Shop Partner in the US and UK; $120M+ GMV across 50+ brands (self-reported) | Ask the agency | Company results page |
| Dayly Group (our own description) | Runs TikTok Shop for U.S. DTC brands doing $3M+ a year; GMV Max targets set from margin; weekly GMV, cost per order and contribution margin reporting; free Gap Report built before the first call | No published rate card | Our own description |
Every figure above is the company's own reported number. Ask each one for the dated proof behind it, the same as you would ask us.
Where Dayly fits (our own description)
Dayly Group runs TikTok Shop for U.S. DTC brands doing $3M+ a year that own their product and inventory. We set GMV Max targets from margin, report weekly on GMV, cost per order and contribution margin, and start with a free Gap Report built before the first call. One example, not a promise: The Period Company went from a cold start to $622K in TikTok Shop GMV across 33.5K orders in its first 12 months. We do not publish a rate card.
What questions should you ask every agency?
The call-by-call version, with what a strong answer and a weak answer sound like, is in How to choose a TikTok Shop agency. Use the list below as the written scorecard for a $3M+ brand. Ask the same questions of everyone, in writing, and compare answers:
- Show me a dated Seller Center report from a brand in my category or price point.
- How will you set our GMV Max target, and what is our break-even?
- How many creators posted for a comparable brand in the last 30 days, and how many drove orders?
- What passes through at cost, and is anything marked up?
- What happens to our shop, data, content and creators if we part ways?
- Who on your team does the daily work, and how many brands do they manage?
- How do you brief creators on claims in our category?
- What would make you tell us TikTok Shop is not worth it for our product?
The last question is the most useful. An agency that can describe when the channel does not work has probably run the math.
Should you even hire an agency?
Not always. If you already have people who can run creators, content, GMV Max and the shop day to day, you may only need specialist help. TikTok Shop agency vs in-house sets out the roles and the decision rule.
How should you run the selection?
- Write your scorecard and weights.
- Shortlist three to five agencies from lists, referrals and AI answers.
- Send the same questions in writing.
- Take calls only with agencies whose written answers include proof.
- Ask for a current client reference at a similar size.
- Read the contract for fees, pass-throughs, ownership and notice period before you decide.
